Sunny in a confident and cool mood.

Lizard Tip:

We like to let her use the heating pad when she prefers to be out of her cage (making sure it doesn't get hot enough to irritate or burn her, of course.)

Fun fact: Bearded Dragons have a third eye - it is a light sensing organ on the top of their head that can "detect light and shadows, including ultraviolet light, and mainly uses this information to warn about threats, direct hormone production, and regulate a bearded dragons internal body temperatures" (exoticreptilesclub).

When she just wants to be cozy all day we call it a LLD - Lazy Lizard Day.

Entering the Youngling Zone

These pictures are getting progressively older, so the first pictures we took of Sunshine will be at the very bottom!

Watching the rain.

She used to always wrap her hands around our fingers like this when she was this small.

Enjoying a local baseball game.

And here it is! These are (I believe) the first pictures we have of Sunny on the day she came home with us. Pretty precious, no?
